Submitting a request through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once we have contacted you and confirmed a specific date and time.

Session fees, insurance coverage, and cancellation terms are explained before you confirm your first appointment and are described on our Insurance & Fees page. Where a cancellation policy applies, it is communicated to you at intake.
